We are happy to issue an online store credit for the value of returned unopened or unused merchandise for Canadian purchases.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

When returning merchandise, we advise that you select a shipping method that provides a tracking number and confirmation of delivery so that you can keep track of these details for your records.

Refunds

Please allow up to 4 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment (please check your credit card statement to verify when your refund is posted). Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
