Whenever possible, we try to source products that are environmentally sustainable and sweat shop free, this has lead us to carry several great products from companies that have chosen to go the Fair Trade route.
In a nutshell, Fair Trade means doing business with a conscience. It seeks to pay fair wages to producers in developing countries, and fosters safe and healthy working conditions. The result is socially just production that employs environmentally sound practises and therefore contributes to building sustainable development.
